YUBA ― 2008/01/19
YUBA is a delicacy made from the skin forming on the top of gently-boiled soybean milk. I went to my friend's house to have a party. One of the member was French, so we wanted to show him Japanese special food. We also ate TAKOYAKI. We enjoyed cooking TAKOYAKI and making YUBA.
