Making cheese ― 2011/10/16

We went to the Shiroi Koibito Park, a factory of Shiroi Koibito that is well-known for Hokkaido souvenirs. We were able to observe the production process from the tour corridor.

Then we went to Hakone farm. We had a mutton barbecue for lunch.

After that, some colleagues and I made cheese while others made caramel.



I noticed that it was easy to make cheese, so I thought that I would try it at home.
