I went to YUASAKO (a restaurant) after a long time.

Knob snout parrot fish(AOBUDAI) has poison in it's liver, but this
doesn't have. The skin of head area was very gelatinous and it
seemed have a lot of collagen. We were able to eat shrimp shell and all, and it was so delicious.
