The number of divers who can go to the sea of the Kerama Islands
may be restricted in next April. It will be the first control based on
the propulsion law for ecotourism in Japan.
Each village chief assign the license (the number of divers) to diving
services. I hope that will not have trouble.
And, it is regrettable that we need such as control, because I want
