The third day ― 2011/05/02

I saw a few of more hammer head sharks again today, but we did
not see a school of them like yesterday.

Today’s lunch was yushisoba, a type of noodle typical of Okinawa,
served with yushidofu. Yushidofu is one of the local dishes in
Okinawa, a type of tofu made in seawater, which is very tasty
and I like it very much.

We were not able to see the entire sunset as it was cloudy but
fortunately the sunlight poured in through the clouds in rays,
which was beautiful.

Today’s dinner was deep-fried gurukun, another fish typical of
the Okinawa Prefecture.
